A census taken once a decade. Surveys that are costly, slow, and rarely representative. Ground realities that shift faster than any institution can record them.

The consequence is a persistent evidence gap: decisions that shape millions of lives are made on intuition, anecdote, and data that is often years out of date. In a country this large and this diverse, that gap is not a minor inconvenience — it is one of the defining infrastructural challenges of our time.

Trikal Labs exists to close it. We are building the rigorous, ground-truth data foundation India's most important decisions deserve — collected honestly, measured transparently, and grounded in evidence rather than assumption.
